Jerry Montgomery owned and operated Montgomery Marine Products from 1969 until 1995. During that time his Company made about 500 of the M-15 (PDF - His own design) and M-17 (Lyle Hess design), redesigned the deck on the M17 Flush Deck (PDF), and almost 20 of the M-23 (Lyle Hess design) and several thousand of the Dinghies, including the Lyle Hess designed M-12, a great little sloop for Yacht Club racing, and the M-10, which won most of the honors at Yacht Racing Magazine's Teacup Trials in 1970. And won the only perfect score in quality of the 49 entries.
