Shopping list includes some PVC Tube,  a few 90 degree or 45 degree elbows,   end caps 4-2" muffler clamps and PVC Cement. Couldn't be much simpler to design and make.  A keel guide used in conjunction with  boat guide on posts  pretty much have to center itself even in a crosswind and singlehanding.  A few hours spent in the comfort of your shop may prevent a walk in the cold water as you attempt to retrieve your boat.
