1982 Montgomery 15 - Hull Number 208
Bijou is the first Montgomery 15 I ever had the pleasure of sailing. A few years ago I was parting with my Potter 15, and I wanted to replace that craft with one more stable. I mentioned this on the MSOG E-Mail forum and told everyone I was in the San Francisco Bay Area and fortunately Bob Becker her owner, E-mailed me with an offer to go sailing. Bob lives in the area and we met at the Point Richmond Launch. The sailing day was not spectacular, but the solid feel of the Montgomery 15 was comforting and secure. I knew I would have many more days aboard an M15.
