The former owner of Chimpanzee designed and built a removeable, fiberglass and plywood galley. The galley holds a drop in single burner propane stove and incorporates a removeable cutting board and storage for dishes, flatware and utensils. The galley is designed to fit the M-15's underberth access opening. The idea of having a removeable galley, one that can be left in the boat while underway both on land and in the water has been a long time challenge in small craft.
