Nice summer home and skiff moored out in the left above. The middle photos are of Herreshoff 12 1/2s which have a great album here on the site. Lower left are a couple of photos of an aft cabin Nor'Sea 27 (sister ship album) which home ports in Maine. A terrific time was had by all, exploring the rocky shoreline and the island trails. McGlathery Island is one of the top anchorages to visit on the Maine cruise. It is owned by two conservation agencies. The public is welcome provided you pack out what you pack in. One draw back; The local Lobster boats leave home port around 5-5:30 in the morning delivering a seemingly never ending series of wakes.
